6-week class, Wednesdays starting Jan 6, 2021 Level 1: Unlocking the Self is made up of fun physical and mental exercises, group activities, and basic scene-work. In each 2.5-hour class, students will learn the basic tenets of improvisation such as; saying "yes, and...," supporting their fellow improvisers, making positive choices, committing to the reality of the scene, and most importantly empowering the self. In this class, there are no mistakes and everything is a gift as we reinvigorate our sense of play. These valuable lessons in improv are great for the stage and even better for life. These classes will be held in person. We will follow extra safety precautions such as mandatory mask-wearing, nightly temperature checks, and social distancing. Full policy can be found on our site.
